  • ⏳ Hair takes 7–10 business days to arrive. Plan ahead if booking a service with us.

Are the hair purchases refundable?

All sales are final, as each bundle, closure, and frontal is custom-ordered based on your specific request. We encourage you to double-check your desired lengths and textures before placing an order. If you have questions before sending payment, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to guide you.

Can I get my bundles colored before my appointment?

Absolutely — we do offer bundle coloring services! Since custom coloring takes extra time, please reach out to your stylist directly to coordinate this ahead of your appointment.

What type of hair do you sell?

We only offer 100% raw hair — never processed or chemically treated. Raw hair is sourced directly from donors and has the most natural look, feel, and longevity. It blends beautifully with your own hair and holds up well with proper care.

How long does the hair take to arrive?

Once your order and payment are confirmed, your bundles are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days. If you’re booking an install, we suggest placing your order well in advance to ensure your hair arrives before your appointment.

Do you ship directly to my home?

At the moment, we only ship orders directly to the Indish Beauty salon. Once your hair arrives, you’ll receive a notification, and you can pick it up during salon hours. We're working on expanding our delivery options in the future — stay tuned!

What if I want a texture I don’t see listed?

We aim to offer a variety of popular raw textures. If you’re looking for something specific that’s not listed in the dropdown, feel free to message us — we may be able to source it for you or recommend a close alternative.

Can I place one order for multiple people?

Each order should be placed separately to avoid confusion. This ensures we receive clear details for each person’s hair needs and can confirm payment and order tracking properly.

Do I need to book a service with Indish Beauty to buy hair?

Not at all! You’re welcome to purchase hair from us whether or not you're booking a service. However, if you are planning a custom install with our team, please coordinate your hair order in advance to ensure timely delivery.
